In line with our vision of making crypto payments seamless, Unipay now supports purchases without requiring login.

This means users can simply enter an email to complete a payment — reducing drop-offs and boosting conversion rates.

1. • Guest Checkout Entry:

Users can enter their email address to start a guest checkout session directly.
A purchase receipt and potential refund notice will be sent to the provided email.

2. • Guest Payment Experience:

The process mirrors that of logged-in users — choose any supported token to pay.
The system automatically creates a temporary account and displays real-time updates of deposited and remaining amounts.

3. • Guest Receipt Email:

Upon successful payment, guests receive a purchase receipt identical to registered users.
At the same time, an SBT receipt is issued to the corresponding email address.

💸 New Feature 2: Guest Refund System

Unipay protects every single cent of user funds.

If a guest transaction fails, a deposit error occurs, or balance remains unused,
the system automatically triggers a refund workflow to ensure full fund security.

1. • Automatic Refund Notification:

If a leftover balance remains after order completion,
the system automatically sends a refund email to the buyer’s address.

2. • Multiple Refund Methods:

Users can click the refund link and input either a wallet address or social account to receive their refund.
The process is fully automated — no manual review required.

3. • Refund Tracking:

After completion, users can view refund details and transaction hash information.
Returning to the same refund link will take them directly to the detail page.

To empower merchant growth, Unipay now supports exclusive discounts for agents and partners.
This enables promoters to offer “special prices” to attract more buyers.

1. • Discounts are issued automatically via coupon logic;
2. • When users access a merchant’s link shared by an agent, the coupon is pre-applied automatically;
